Ideas and Thoughts for Chivas Regal

Around August 2019, I set about creating a single advert each, for Chivas Regal and The Glenlivet, to announce their award wins at the International Whisky Competition 2019 held at Las Vegas, USA.

From there, the advert for Chivas Regal grew into a new chivalry code for the Chivas Regal brand that is positioned as the spirit of chivalry. It is not the main brand-building theme campaign for Chivas Regal, but a customer relationship building idea. The reasons for creating such a chivalry code, how it will help the Chivas Regal brand set new standards in the way the corporate world functions and build customer engagement, as well as the text of the campaign are all in the document below.

You can view the specific pieces of work for this Chivalry Code campaign below in four sections: the award announcement adverts for Chivas Regal and The Glenlivet, the digital campaign for the chivalry code, the landing pages on Chivas Regal’s website with the chivalry code and pledge, and finally, the video for the campaign.

Like I keep emphasising, I am not a designer but a brand strategist and writer. However, by creating these campaigns myself with the help of Canva, I hope I have been able to set the directions for the brand’s imagery and design dimensions.
